  • Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier’s location.

Refund or Replacement:

  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the damage or defect.
  • If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method or send a replacement item, as per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defects because all our products are handcrafted to order.
